Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective for: All users of AIastrocall services provided by Wildcatsmedia.

1. Overview

AIastrocall by Wildcatsmedia offers AI-powered astrology consultations, reports, and related digital services. By purchasing or booking any product or service on AIastrocall, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. No Refunds Once Service Is Accessed

Once a consultation (call/chat) is started or credited to your account (including time, tokens, credits, or wallet balance), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Once a report or digital astrology output (e.g., birth chart PDF, video/audio recording, personalized analysis) has been delivered or made available for download/view, it is considered final and non-refundable.

This mirrors the general approach that once services are processed or delivered, refunds are not permitted.

3. Cancellation of Scheduled Sessions

If you schedule a consultation in advance, you may request a cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time by contacting support.

Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the full amount paid, at Wildcatsmedia’s discretion.

4. Wallet/Credit Purchases

Purchases of AIastrocall Wallet balance, credits, tokens, or similar digital currency are non-refundable once added to your account.

Unused wallet balances will not be refunded or redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

5. Requests Based on Technical Errors

We strive to provide accurate and high-quality services. In rare cases where:

  • a technical error prevented service delivery, or
  • a clear platform malfunction occurred,

you may contact our Customer Support within 7 days of purchase with full details (order ID, screenshots, description). We will review and may offer a credit or adjustment at our discretion.

6. Product/Service Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations,
  • change of mind,
  • incorrect data provided by the user,
  • perceived lack of accuracy,
  • failure to use purchased credits or time.

7. How to Request a Cancellation or Exception Review

To request cancellation or a review of a refund exception:

8. Disputes & Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute related to refunds or this policy will be resolved in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
